This gourmet menu, which changes every day, includes appetizers, a starter, a main course, an assortment of cheeses and a dessert for 39 euros.
Andonis' cuisine highlights the product, the taste: fragrant, light, made from home-grown vegetables from the kitchen garden and gardens, olive oil, wine reductions, and herbs… for subtle flavors , harmonious, and true. In 2016, his cuisine was recognized by the Michelin guide, which awarded him a "Michelin Plate".
